Deposit and Confirmation

A 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking and finalise your chosen menu. Your event date is only secured once the deposit has been received and the menu has been confirmed.

Booking Timelines

• Private Dining, Corporate and Buffet Events. A minimum of 3 weeks' notice is required to confirm your booking.

• Meal Prep Plans, Pre-Orders (Custom Cakes and Desserts) and Private Dining Experiences for Two. A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required.

Cancellations and Refunds

As all ingredients are sourced fresh and locally, often a few days in advance to allow for proper preparation, our refund policy reflects the costs already incurred at the time of cancellation.

(Under Maltese distance selling regulations, consumers generally have the right to cancel online and distance contracts within 14 days without giving a reason and receive a refund. However, there are exceptions, and one of them applies here: the cooling-off period does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, or goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. As our menus are bespoke and our ingredients are fresh and perishable, this booking falls under that exemption.)

• 7 days or more before the event; Cancellations made a week or more in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Less than 7 days before the event: If ingredients or items have already been purchased for your booking, proof of receipts will be shared with you, and the corresponding cost will be deducted from your deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

• If expenses exceed the deposit amount: Should the cost of ingredients already sourced exceed the value of the deposit, no refund will be issued. Kindly note that the deposit is taken as a cover for any pre-experience costs that may be incurred.​​
